I am a multitasker! A renaissance person :-) – A person who has “more than one string to their bow”.
For the longest of time, I thought that was a problem. I thought I needed to choose. That I cannot be everything I want to be. I tried to choose. But I could not. And what I now see is how my disparate areas of interests, competencies, skills, and life experiences are coming together. I see how they are connected. I now see and feel that each and every step I have taken in my life makes sense. Even those I did not want to take, or just took because I could not figure out what else to do.
It all ended me up here.
So what am I?
I am, in no particular order, a:
- Growth facilitator

- Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) instructor
- Developer, provider, and educator of Trauma Sensitive Equine Assisted Mindfulness (TS-EAM)
- Cognitive scientist
